A business can live or die by it's reputation. If it is so important, why do so many businesses pay so little attention to how they are perceived and how to manage that perception in a positive way? Sue will give some classic examples of how some companies thrive on good reputation management and how others have fallen flat on their faces. You will come away with some tips on what you should be doing. After her talk, Sue will lead a discussion on this theme.

To make a booking please complete the booking form and either post the form with a cheque or email the form if making an electronic transfer.

The group is membership based, although guests are welcome to attend two meetings before deciding whether or not they would like to join. Annual membership is £45. Please complete the membership form if you wish to join.
