Conflict is a natural and expected part of all our interactions with others. There is no right way or wrong way to handle conflict, but each situation is different and we need to adjust our conflict handling style when appropriate. Eleanor will outline the different ways to handle conflict and explain how you can understand your own handling style. After her talk, Eleanor will lead a discussion on this theme.

To make a booking please complete the booking form and either post the form with a cheque or email the form if making an electronic transfer.

The group is membership based, although guests are welcome to attend two meetings before deciding whether or not they would like to join. Annual membership is £45. Please complete the membership form if you wish to join.
